There is no official government registered MLS connected to the National Land Registry in Costa Rica, so this website does it’s best to act as the primary english online source for real estate sales and rentals in Costa Rica.

CostaRicaRealEstatePages.com is not a Real Estate agent, if you are looking for an Agent click on our Agent List and read the profiles of the agents whose properties are listed with us.

The site is broken down into seven sections: Houses for Sale, which includes houses, condos and apartments for sale; Beach Properties which includes both sales and rentals of land, homes, or businesses at the beach; Land which includes land in residential areas, both developed and undeveloped, as well as large farms for development or agriculture. Commercial Property includes both land and construction which have business potential. Rental Homes are self explanatory, here you will find houses, condos and apartments for rent. Vacation Rentals includes houses, condos or apartments for rent, but not hotels. Office Rentals are just that, offices for rent in commercial areas.
